Eligibility for Miss Columbus Outstanding Teen Competition

Miss Columbus Outstanding Teen is a open pageant. 

  Contestants must be:

• a single female between the ages of 13-17

• may not be a rising senior for the upcoming school year

• a permanent resident for at least six months, or a full-time student for at least one semester, or a full-time employee for at least six months in the State of Georgia

• Miss Southern Rivers and Miss Columbus Outstanding Teen Registration Fee ~ $175

Miss Columbus and Miss Southern Rivers Outstanding Teen Pageant is Saturday, July 31, 2010. 

Deadline for competition registration is July 19, 2010.

1.   Contestant Cover Letter   with Talent Request Form

     Note:  In case of two requests for the same music, the contestant whose form is received first will be allowed to use the music.

2.      Contestant Color Photo in jpeg format for program book and website.

     Our Pageant is a dinner pageant.  Tickets are $40 per person which includes dinner.  Reservations are required and no reservations will be accepted without payment.

Please submit payment for entry fee.  To pay via credit card email djmcnaull@charter.net  or mail check payable to Miss Southern Rivers to Dr. Sherilyn Johnson, 887 Jami Court, Lawrenceville, GA  30046.

7.  DUAL PAGEANT ENTRY FEE  - $175

 Please complete the following required items using the forms below and bring to dress rehearsal.

8.      Music (CDs only) cannot exceed 1 min 30 seconds.  This should be the only track on the CD. Label your CD with your name and title of music.   Please bring a back-up in case your CD does not work on the theater sound equipment.

9.      Contract
Simply fill in the appropriate blanks after first highlighting the existing text. Filling one blank will automatically populate all similar blanks. No other text may be changed, added or deleted. Please remember to make a hard copy of your finished contract before closing the file since this Adobe PDF file cannot be saved.  If needed, a notary will be available at dress rehearsal.

Orientation and Rehearsal 

The mandatory orientation and full dress rehearsal for the pageant will be held on Friday, July 30, 2010 beginning promptly at 5:00 p.m. at St. Luke's Ministry Center, Columbus, Georgia  31906.
